The guideline on health technology assessment is designed to establish the main principles and methodology of HTA in Ukraine (analysis of clinical efficacy and safety, pharmacoeconomic analysis) based on an overview of best international HTA practices and their adaptation to local conditions. This guideline may be useful for professionals in HTA in Ukraine – those writing HTA reports and their users: employees of pharmaceutical companies, clinicians, pharmacists, patients, and managers.
