LLC “Academy of Health Technology Assessment of Ukraine” (hereinafter – the Academy) was founded in 2013.

Competencies of our experts confirm the international certificates HTA

The experts of the Academy are the authors of a lot of publications on the subject of HTA, published in the journal ” Health Technology Assessment”.

During the preparation of HTA reports, the Academy experts adhere to the principles of objectivity, impartiality, act within the approved privacy policy and anti-corruption clauses. Policies All stages of health technology assessment (including search strategies, modeling and pharmacoeconomic analysis) are carried out by the Academy experts without involving external specialists.

Now the experts of the Academy have the greatest experience in writing full HTA reports in Ukraine. The company’s competitive advantages are a comprehensive analysis of the technology that is proposed for inclusion in the National List; if necessary, a meta-analysis of the results of clinical trials, modeling (Markov model, decision tree) is carried out, which helps regulators to reasonably make a decision on the advisability of including a drug in the National List .

Competence, sufficient practical experience in writing full reports on HTA (more than 50), enables the Academy experts to audit HTA work, with recommendations for revision.

HTA magazine  

HTA Magazine (HTA. Health Technology Assessment) is a scientific publication, published from June 2018, issued 4 times a year. State registration certificate КВ №23389_13229P issued on June 22, 2018. The founder is the Public Union «Ukrainian Agency for Health Technology Assessment», Chief Editor K. L. Kosyachenko.

The journal publishes the results (short version) of the clinical and economic examinations made (HTA report), reviews of scientific and practical aspects of the implementation of Health Technology Assessment in Ukraine and abroad. The content of published magazines is on the HTA Magazine page

Public Union

«Ukrainian Agency for Health Technology Assessment» is the only public organization in Ukraine whose systematic activity is aimed at the effective implementation of HTA in the Ukrainian health care system. Public Union was established in 2013. K.L. Kosyachenko is the President of the Public Union.

Conferences

The first international scientific and practical conference “Health Technology Assessment and its Implementation in Ukraine” was held on October 16, 2012. More than 200 health professionals from all spheres of health have participated in the conference

In 2013, at the invitation of the CEESTAHC (Central and Eastern European Society of Technology Assessment in Health Care), the Academy’s experts participated in the 8th International HTA Symposium, on which was made the report “Implementation of HTA in Ukraine”.
